Remove the product and accessories from the box. Make sure all items are present.
•
Inspect the product to ensure that it has not been broken or damaged in transit.
•
Do not discard the packaging material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily used the product.
ATTENTION: If any part is missing or damaged, please contact the Official Technical Service. Do not
use this product without replacing the part. Using this product with damaged or missing parts can
cause serious injury to the operator.
PRODUCT USE
BEFORE STARTING THE MACHINE
FUEL
WARNINGS
•
Carefully read the section on fuel safety.
•
Use 95 unleaded gasoline.
•
Always avoid contact of gasoline or oil with your eyes. If gasoline or oil comes in contact with your eyes, flush
them immediately with clean water. If your eyes become irritated, consult a doctor immediately.
•
Do not mix oil with fuel.
•
Clean the area around the fuel cap.
•
Do not overfill the fuel tank, otherwise it may overflow when the fuel warms up and expands. In case of fuel
leakage be sure to eliminate these leaks completely before starting, move the machine away from the spill area
and avoid any source of ignition until the vapors have dissipated.
•
Separate yourself at least 3 metres from the area where you have refuelled before starting the machine.
•
Never remove the fuel tank cap while the engine is running or when the machine is hot.
•
Do not use fuels such as ethanol or methanol. These fuels will damage the engine of the machine.
FILLING THE FUEL TANK
1.
Choose a suitable area for this operation.
2.
Remove the fuel tank cap and refill with the indicated fuel.
3.
Close the fuel tank cap tightly and wipe off any fuel that may have spilled from the outside with a dry cloth.
4.
Check if the fuel level is sufficient. Note the indicator at the top of the generator ( A ). If the lever is set to
"E" it means that the tank is empty, if it is set to "F" it means that it is full.
