1. Installing the battery
The laser rangefinder is powered by a 3V CR2 Lithium battery.
To insert or replace the battery, unscrew the battery cover – using a coin or similar – by
turning anticlockwise. Insert the battery with the negative end first. Then screw the battery
cover back on by turning clockwise.
A low battery is indicated by the battery icon on the display (
NUM'AXES batteries from your distributor or directly from NUM'AXES.
Aiming symbol – When aiming at the target you want to
measure, position the target at the center of the symbol.
Distance unit: "M" meters or "Y" yards.
Distance – It displays "----" when there is no distance.
Measuring mode: Standard (no icon), Rain, Golf, Hunt
Quality of the distance measuring – When 6 or more " l " show,
this indicates the return-wave is strong enough for the distance-
displaying.
Laser emission - When emitting the laser, the icon blinks.
Low battery indicator – You need to change the battery.
