TROUBLESHOOTING
Alarm management
Alarms are indicated by an acoustic signal (if activated) and a message on the control panel.
In case of an alarm, shut down the boiler, eliminate the cause and restart the boiler according to the normal procedure described in
this manual.
Every alarm status causes immediate boiler shutdown.
The alarms, with causes and cures, which can appear on the control panel are listed below:

POWER FAILURE
The boiler does not start.
Occurs in case of a fume

FUME PROBE
The shutdown procedure is

Occurs if the fume probe
detects a fume temperature

Occurs when the fume
extraction fan is faulty.

The shutdown procedure is
activated.
No flame in ignition stage.

NO IGNITION

NO PELLETS
Brazier not fed with pellets.
Occurs in case of
