Periodical inspections and repairs
The device must be serviced annually. However, depending on
how frequently the device is used and on the environ-
mental conditions and regulations applicable in the company or
country of use, the periodic inspections may be required more
frequently.
The periodic inspections must be performed by a qualified per-
son in observance of the inspection procedures defined by the
manufacturer.

Check that the markings are clearly legible on the product when
inspecting the device.
When a device has served to stop a fall, it must be inspected by
Tractel® SAS or by a repair agent which has been approved by
Tractel® SAS in observance of the manufacturer's procedures for
disassembly/assembly and inspection. A repair manual is availa-
ble for this operation.
