Pull the crown out to position II. The watch stops
Turn the crown in one or the other direction until you reach the desired time.
Push the crown back to position I.

Tirez la couronne en position II. La montre s'arrête.
Tournez la couronne dans le sens désiré.
Repoussez la couronne en position I.
