STEAM DISPENSING.
· Check that the pressure inside the steam boiler is 1.2 bar
(0.12 MPa) indicated on the pressure gauge (1).
· Turn the steam lance (2) to the bowl and then make a
short supply dispense of steam by slowly turning the
knob (3) counterclockwise to remove any residual water
present in the circuit.
ATTENTION: The lance (2) is very hot.
Move the lance only with proper rubber
protection; Danger of scalding.
· Remove the steam lance (2) to the outside then put a cup
or a pot full of liquid to be heated under the lance (2).
· Fully immerse the nozzle of the steam lance into
the liquid and slowly open the valve (3) by turning it
counterclockwise.
· Once reached the desired temperature close the tap (3).
· Turn the steam lance (2) to the bowl and then make a
short dispensing to clean the inside of the jet and clean
the nozzle (2) with a damp cloth to prevent the fouling
difficult to remove.
