MAINTENANCE

Maintenance is to be performed at least once a year. It is fundamental for assuring safety conditions, good performance
and long life to the solar boiler, also decreasing operating costs.
Maintenance can be carried out by "LAMBORGHINI SERVICE" Assistance Service or anyway by skilled personnel.
Before starting maintenance operations, act as follows:
- Close the sanitary system interception devices.
- Empty the solar boiler by conveying the discharge product to a proper collection and emptying unit.

HOW TO CLEAN THE BOILER

The cleaning of the solar boiler external covering shall be performed using cloths moistened with water and soap or a low-
aggressive mixture of water and detergent.
Once cleaning is completed, dry the solar boiler.

Do not use abrasive products, neither petrol nor tricloroetilene.

INTERNAL CLEANING

Removal and inspection of the magnesium anode
- Empty the boiler
- Unscrew the anode holding plug
- Check the wear conditions of the magnesium anode (1);
replace if necessary.
Complete cleaning operations. Then reassemble all the
components acting backwards.
Cleaning of the boiler internal parts
- Remove the plastic flange cover (2)
- Unscrew the 8 screws fastening the inspection flange (3)
and remove it, making sure that the gasket is not
damaged.
- Clean the internal parts and remove any scales.
Complete cleaning operations. Then reassemble all the
components acting backwards.
- Assemble the secondary circuit of the boiler and check
gasket sealing.
