With the purchase of the freeTEL II/S, you have decided to buy a telephone with an integra-
ted answering machine. In order to activate this answering machine and proper use, please
read the following explanations.

Please speak loudly and clearly into the microphone when recording a message.

1. Use the buttons
option and press the button
2. Now scroll to the "OGM" option and press the button
to confirm.
3. You can choose the 1st and 2nd outgoing messages.
a. The 1st outgoing message is now played in
"ANS/2Ring" or "ANS/6Ring" mode.
b. The 2nd outgoing message is only played back in
"Ans only" mode.
4. Once you have selected the required outgoing message,
press the button
5. Now select the "Record" menu option and press the but-
ton . "Wait.." will appear in the display.
6. As soon as "Recording_" appears in the display, you can
record your outgoing message.
