Place the pinion gear
in the correct position
relative to the rack,
the gap must be
minimal
(approximately 2mm),
make sure this is
correct over the
entire length. Re-adjust if the gap is too large.

Check once again
whether the end
stop is in the correct
position: The gate
must be able to open
and close
completely, but in
such a manner that
the safety contact
strip is located ten millimetres away from the catcher post.
ATTENTION! Crushing hazard!

Put the warning sign
stickers in place.

1. Insert the shut-
down contact into the
wall socket. The gate
must now be moved to
the closed position.
2. After closing the
gate, program the
system in accordance
with the instructions furnished on the motor.

Put the photocells in
place. Connect the
Photocell to the motor
using a cable.

ATTENTION! DANGER TO
LIFE by electric current!
1. Check whether the
system is electrically
de-energized. Next,
plug in the power
supply cable in the
control column
according to the
regulations applicable to the power supply.
2. Bring the gate to the middle position.
3. Remove the cover in the control column from the controller and
check the fuses.

STEP
Lock the engine: 1. Rotate the knob
anticlockwise and move it back to the locked
position. 2. Close the knob cover, rotate the
key clockwise and rotate the lock protection
disk cover.
The gears are now locked and the gate is
ready for use. Once the system has been reset store the key in a
safe place.
