5.6 Stops
•
Are mounted on the guide profile of the stop bar (2 pieces).
•
By pressing back the stop lever on the measuring unit, the respective measure can be read and set.
5.7 Installation of the laser
•
The laser is factory set.
•
The laser beam can be adjusted by 3 screws in the laser housing if necessary.
Clamping of the laser support via 3 allen screws.
5.8 Cutting gap adjustment
•
Set required cutting gap, before every single initial punch.
•
When the form tool is in place, stamp template.
Cutting gap adjustment:
•
Loosen the screws in the die housing.(see part list item2)
•
Adjust the die to desired cut gap size.
•
Refasten mounting screws, and re-check cutting gap.
6. Operating instructions
Tool pre-fastening:
Convenient and quick change of die possible by pulling out the safety pin (about 3 mm).
Pressure is supplied through a threaded pin.
Foot switches:
Pressing the left pedal of the foot switch, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder extends.
Releasing the foot switch, the piston rod remains in this position (in manual mode).
Pressing the right pedal of the footswitch releases the piston rod to its starting position.
Height adjustment:
By pulling the locking pin, the guide bar can be adjusted in height.
Depth adjustment:
By loosening the clamp lever, the depth of the stop bar can be adjusted smoothly.
