The gap width of the overload stop may vary dependent on the installation situation. Check the
function of the overload stop after installation and before commissioning. A gap width of 0.05mm
should be present for a load cell loaded with the maximum capacity.

Setting the gap width of the overload stop
The screw length of the overload stop is designed for the
use of a ZEL or ZPL. With an optimal gap width, suffi­
cient screw-in depth into the base plate (u10 mm) is
ensured. Depending on the load application parts used,
you may need to select different screw lengths, e. g. for
Z6/...KG/ZK M10x35 (DIN 931).
► Set the gap width of the overload stop using a feeler
gage.
► Fix the height setting by locking the screw with the
supplied nut.
