Mounting the rail set RS-2 (option)
WARNING
The rail set is for use underneath the base of the
NEC-2 only. Do not install the rail set underneath
the extension piece.

If parts are missing or damaged, contact your supplier.
•
Install the rail set underneath the base in accordance with
Fig. 4.9.
•
Make sure that the three single suspension hooks (E) are
installed at the wall side.
•
Put the sticker "MAX. 50 KG" (C) on the base.

USE
To set the extension crane in the desired position, proceed as
follows.
•
Take the HandyStop rod (ref. Fig. 4.7A) and pull it forward
to unlock the system.
•
Move the crane in the desired horizontal position (5
possibilities).
•
Push the HandyStop rod backward in one of the slits to
lock it.
CAUTION
If applicable: do not overload the rail set. Max. load
is 50 kg.

MAINTENANCE
6.1
Periodic maintenance
The product has been designed to function without problems
for a long time with a minimum of maintenance. In order to
guarantee this some simple, regular maintenance activities are
required which are described in this chapter.
The indicated maintenance intervals can vary depending on
the specific working and ambient conditions. Therefore it is
recommended to thoroughly inspect the complete product
once every year beside the indicated periodic maintenance. For
this purpose contact your supplier.
