4.1.4.

Power Unit

Place the power unit bracket (Part n° V.000/52/30) near to a power socket on
the wall (see Figure L). Insert the two rawl plugs. Fit the bracket with the screws
(Part n° V.000/52/20). The power unit can now be clipped onto the bracket.
Strip the insulation from the three power cable conductors (approx. 3 cm) and
fit a standardized plug. Wire the blue conductor to neutral "N", the brown
conductor to live "L1" and the yellow/green conductor to the earth. Screw the
conductors into the plug. Consult a professional electrician if in doubt.
Warning!
- Install the power unit indoors in a safe place where neither children nor
unauthorized persons can have access.
- Caution! Never open the power unit Risk of electrocution!
- Caution! Never invert the colours of the electrical wires

Cable Sleeve

During fitting operations, make sure that the cable is not stretched or bent
(risk of the cable breaking) when the door is opened and closed. The cable
must be guided freely through the door movement. Mount the cable passage
on the side of the door where there is no risk of sabotage. Two variants are
proposed for fitting (see Figure L). Do not fasten the cable passage sleeve until
the main cable has been run through.

Laying and Preparing the Main Cable

The main cable must not be bent or damaged by sharp edges. The insulating
sleeve must be flush with the door (Figure N). Feed the main KESO MOZY eco
cable through the door (the cable passage) to the point where the power unit
is mounted. Cut to length as required. Carefully insulate the cable sleeve, the
armour and the conductors and crimp the 0.25 mm² sockets to the end of the
wires. Twist the main cable armour, insulate it with heat-shrinkable tubing
then fit a crimping socket.
4.2.

Mounting the KESO MOZY eco

Step 1 - Figure A
Place the KESO MOZY eco on the cylinder and adjust for perfect alignment.
Mark the mounting holes with a pencil.
Step 2 - Figure B
When the distance between the holes has been determined, remove the KESO
MOZY eco and drill the mounting holes at the points marked (see diagram).
Beware not to touch the main cable when drilling!
Step 3 - Figure E
Feed the main cable and the additional wires for the door contact and the bolt
contact through the slot in the KESO MOZY eco base plate.
