Preparation
• Remove the appliance and all included accessories from
the box.
• In order to remove any production residue, clean all
accessories before initial use as described in the chapter
"Cleaning".

Electric Connection
• Check that the mains voltage to be used matches the
voltage of the appliance. Refer to the rating label for
detailed specifications.
Operation
1. Opening the swivel arm (2): Push the lever (3) up and
hold it in that position. Move the swivel arm (2) by hand to
the top position and release the lever (3).
2. For use of the kneading hook (7a) or the mixing hook (7c),
first attach the protective disk (6). It prevents contact of
dough with the drive shaft (9). Hold the disk (6) like a bowl.
Insert the kneading hook (7a) or the mixing hook (7c) from
below through the recess in the disk opening and tighten it
by a quarter turn to the left.
3. Use of an attachment: On the top of the attachment, you
can see a recess for the drive shaft (9) and a recess for
the splint. Push the attachment onto the drive shaft (9).
Push the attachment while turning it clockwise to the limit,
so that the splint of the drive shaft (9) locks in the attach-
ment.
4. Mixing bowl (8): Set the mixing
bowl (8) to its holder. Turn the bowl
(8) all the way in the direction "
LOCK" shown on the housing.
