- Fit the perforated disc in front of the
blade assembly in such a way, that the
protruding lugs on the disc are correctly
aligned with the corresponding recesses
in the worm drive housing.
- Fit and hand-tighten the locking-ring by
turning it clockwise using the special tool
provided.
- Fit the worm drive housing to the main
unit.
- Attach the feeder tray to the feeder
chute.
- Cut the raw meat, which should be well
chilled, into 3cm cubes; this facilitates
feeding the meat into the feeder tray
opening.
- Fill the feeder tray and feeder chute with
the meat cubes.
- Place the container or some other
suitable receptacle underneath the outlet.
- Insert the plug into the wall socket.
- Turn the rotary control knob to the
required speed setting between 4 and
max.
- When feeding meat down the chute, use
the pestle at all times.
- Refrain from exerting too much pressure
on the meat during mincing; this
prevents the temperature of the meat
from increasing and therefore helps to
minimise the possible build-up of
bacteria.
- To prevent the 4-bladed knife from
becoming blunt, ensure that the machine
is not allowed to run empty by switching
it off in good time.
- Switch off the unit after use and remove
the plug from the wall socket.
- Press down the slide lock and remove the
worm housing from the main unit.
- Immediately after use, all attachments
and accessories must be thoroughly
cleaned as described in the section
General care and cleaning.
- Press down the slide lock and replace the
cover in such a way that the pin of the
slide lock protrudes into the opening in
the cover.
B. Fancy pastries (shortbread, biscuits,
cookies etc)
- Slide the worm drive into its housing.
- Fit the pastry attachment onto the worm
drive.
- Fit and hand-tighten the locking-ring by
turning it clockwise using the special tool
provided.
- Fit the worm drive housing to the main
unit.
- Attach the feeder tray to the feeder
chute.
- Insert the 4-shape slide into the slot in the
pastry attachment and adjust it to the
desired design.
- Shape the pre-prepared, well-chilled
dough into a 3cm diameter roll and feed
it down the chute.
- Insert the plug into the wall socket.
- Turn the rotary control knob to the
required speed setting.
- While feeding dough down the chute, use
the pestle at all times.
- The emerging strip of dough is now cut
into suitably-sized portions, which are
then placed on a baking tray.
- Switch off the unit after use and remove
the plug from the wall socket.
- Press down the slide lock and remove the
worm housing from the main unit.
- Press down the slide lock and replace the
cover in such a way that the pin of the
slide lock protrudes into the opening in
the cover.
General care and cleaning

Before cleaning, always switch the
appliance off, remove the plug from the
wall socket and wait until the motor has
come to a complete standstill.

Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning
solutions.
- The worm-drive housing and accessory
parts should be cleaned with hot soapy
water immediately after use. Do not
clean in a dishwasher.
