Maximum set time is 20 minutes. After 20 minutes the timer starts from 0
minute again. Press
seconds will be increased or reduced. When the spiral mixer is switched ON,
timers will show the set time. When the timer starts to work, it will count down
until it comes to 0. During AUTOMATIC operation, when the safety guard is
raised, the timer will stop at the current position. When the spiral mixer contin-
ues to work, the timer continues from the stopped position to finish the remain-
ing time. During MANUAL operation, the timer doesn't work.
When the OFF key is pressed, timers will return to the set time.
5.2. Indication lamps
Showing the following operation conditions of the spiral mixer.
A.
AUTO/MANUAL:
• When AUTO lamp lights, the machine is in AUTO operation.
• When MANUAL lamp lights, the machine is in MANUAL operation.
B.
Bowl direction:
• when
lamp lights, the bowl is in FORWARD direction
• when
lamp lights, the bowl is in REVERSE direction.
C.
Speed:
• When "I" lamp lights, the bowl is in slow speed.
• When "II" lamp lights, it is in fast speed.
D.
INCH
lamp shows inching mode. When inch lamp lights, the hook stops
while the bowl runs slowly. When "ON" lamp lights, it is in normal running
condition. When neither INCH nor ON lamp lights, it is in STOP condition.
E.
STOP lamp lights only when the safety guard is raised
during auto operation.
F.
O.L. (Over-Load): this lamp lights when the overload relay is on. Please
check the fault (Voltage drop, mixer overload or cable connection undone) ,
after obviating the fault, this lamp will turn off. Usually after a short time, you
will be able to operate the machine again.
