• When you heat water, only use the
quantity you require.
• If possible, always put the lids on the
pans.
• Place the pan on the hob before you
switch it on.
• Put smaller pans on the smaller cook-
ing areas.
• Put the pans directly in the centre of
the cooking area.
• Use residual heat to keep the food
warm or melt it.
