Extraordinary maintenance consists of the complete replacement of parts or components of the machine that have
reached their average life in order to prevent breakages that cause machine stops and production.
For each ordinary or extraordinary maintenance intervention, the frequency calculated in hours of operation, the
operator authorised to perform the operation, the time required and a detailed description of the intervention
procedure are reported.
The frequency calculated for each intervention and the time needed to perform it are indicative to allow
maintenance scheduling. Only after a continuous maintenance service and its critical analysis, is it possible to
determine actual needs in accordance with the main requirements of the company.
Below are reported two summary tables showing the various maintenance interventions, the respective frequency
and the possible presence of the group on the machine.
