Screw on the Hive thermostat backplate using the screws

Hot tip: Use the level on the backplate to help get your thermostat
straight on the wall.
Connect the wires to the Hive thermostat backplate

Hive is compatible with wire thicknesses AWG 16-22. If your existing
thermostat had a jumper between the RC and RH terminals this is no
longer required. An R wire can go into either RC or RH.
