USING THE CHARGER IN 4 STEPS
1. Choose right charging voltage (2V, 6V or 12V DC). Wrong voltage
can destroy the charger and/or battery!
2. Connect red pin of the charger to (+) terminal of the battery and the
black pin to the (-) terminal of the battery.
3. connect the chager to a 230V AC mains outlet socket.
4. After charging, remove charger from mains outlet socket, then
remove battery connection.
CAUTION!
• This product is short-term short circuit protected! Short circuits last
ing longer than 1 minute must be prevented under all circumstances,
otherwise parts of the charger might be overloaded and damage
the charger!
• This charger is for charging the described sealed lead acid batteries
only! Attempts to charge other type batteries might result in personal
injuries and damage to the charger
• If the supply chord is damaged it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or it's service agent to avoid hazard
• Pay attention to the right polarity!
• Never deeply discharge the battery during charging
• During charging the battery must be placed in a well ventilated
area
• Always check the charging instructions on the battery
• This charger is not intended for use by young children or infi rm
persons without supervision. Young children should be supervised
to ensure that they not play with the appliance
• Open cells of lead acid batteries before charging
• Check the acid of the battery for longer charging
• Check acid of the battery in between charging and make sure not
to have open fi re, open light and glimmers close to the charged
batteries. (danger of explosion due to gas)
