USE
STARTING THE MACHINE
To start the tapping-machine (fig.2):
tapping (clockwise rotation): push the lever (4) into the lower position fig.A
disengaging the tap (counterclockwise rotation): push the lever (4) into the upper position fig.B.
The motor stops when the lever is released.
MOUNTING TAPS (fig.2):
• Chuck for fast changeovers. Fit the tap in the appropriate bush and tighten dowel D. Connect bush and tap to the
chuck, as indicated by the arrow, letting the knob of the chuck runs along its axis - as indicated by the arrow - and
finally releasing.
NOTE: before operating, make sure the tap is tightened exactly in the center.
UTILISATION
MISE EN MARCHE
Pour mettre en marche la taraudeuse (fig.2):
taraudage (rotation à droite): régler le levier (4) vers le bas fig.A
dégagement du taraud (rotation à gauche): régler le levier (4) ver le haut fig.B.
Le relàchement du levier fait arrêter le moteur.
MONTAGE DES TARAUDS (fig.2)
• Mandrin à changement rapide. Insérez le taraud dans sa douille et serrez le grain D. Encastrez la douille et le taraud
dans le mandrin en suivant la flèche et faites coulisser dans l'axe la poignée du mandrin, toujours en suivant la flèche,
et relâchez
NOTE: avant de commencer le travail s'assurer que le taraud a été serré exactement au centre.
ANWENDUNG
EINSCHALTEN
Zum Einsetzen der Gewindebohrmaschine (Fig.2):
Gewindebohrung (rechtsdrehend): den Hebel (4) in die untere Stellung Fig.A bringen
Gewindebohrer befreien (linksdrehend): den Hebel (4) in die obere Stellung Fig.B bringen.
Läßt man den Hebel los, häit der Motor an.
INSTALLATION GEWINDEBOHRER (Fig.2)
• Schnellwechselfutter. Den Gewindebohrer in die vorgesehene Buchse einsetzen und den Zapfen D anziehen.
Buchse und Gewindebohrer wie vom Pfeil angegeben in das Bohrfutter stecken, wobei der Kugelgriff des Bohrfutters,
in Pfeilrichtung axial mitlaufen muss; dann loslassen.
ANMERKUNG: vor dem Arbeitsbeginn kontrollieren, ob sich der Gewindebohrer genau im Zentrum befindet.
USO
PUESTA EN MARCHA
Para poner en marcha la roscadora (fig.2):
roscado (rotación a la derecha): apretar la palanca (4) por la parte inferior fig.A
para quitar el macho (rotación a la izquierda): apretar la palanca (4) por la parte superior fig.B.
Al soltar la palanca, el motor se para.
MONTAJE DE LOS MACHOS (fig.2)
• Mandril de cambio rápido. Introducir la terraja en el casquillo correspondiente y apretar el tornillo D. Acoplar casquillo
y terraja en el mandril tal como indica la flecha, haciendo deslizar axialmente la manopla del mandril, tal como indica la
flecha, y soltarla.
NOTA: antes de empezar el trabajo, controlar que el macho se encuentre apretado exactamente en el centro.
