Reversal of power:
It is possible to assign the maximum torque either for tightening or loosening.
- Press and hold the [a] "+" button until "888" appears on the LCD display.
- Then press the [a] "+" 1 time to display on the LCD display's bottom left corner the letter "L" (=
left) or the letter "R" (= right) and select the maximum power to the right side (tightening) or to the
left (loosening).
- Tightening-Loosening: right thread bolt (standard)
In "R" mode, the torque is 350 Nm to the right (tightening) and 500 Nm to the left (loosening).
- Tightening-Loosening: left thread bolt
In "L" mode, the torque is 350 Nm to the left (loosening) and 500 Nm to the right (tightening).
Information about "888":
If you select and keep the "888" displayed on the LCD, the electronic motor protection is
disengaged and the safe operation time is disabled. The motor can run for as long as you keep
pressing the trigger switch, and the loosening or tightening torque is 500Nm.
It is not recommended to use this operation mode as it may damage the motor.
V. OPERATION
5.1- Intended use
- The product is intended for domestic use.
- The product is intended for forward and reverse screwing (e.g. changing wheels, exhaust pipe,
shock absorbers, on lawnmowers or small motors)
- The product is not intended for professional and/or industrial use
- Do not use for applications not covered in this manual.
- The manufacturer or seller cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-compliant use of machine.
5.2- Operation:
1. Connect product to a power source (refer to characteristics on product).
2. Wear appropriate protective equipment.
3. Prepare material for work
4. Secure material if necessary.
Do not use your own weight or body to hold material.
5. Firmly hold tool with both hands. Always maintain a balanced and secure position.
6. Place socket on material. Do not make sudden movements.
7. Press on rocker switch (2) [(R) or (F)] to start operation.
To stop tool, release rocker switch (2).
8. Once work is finished, stop product by releasing the switch (2).
Note: do not put down product until chuck has completely stopped rotating.
