Only with a light soapy water and a very soft
cloth varnished surfaces have to be
cleaned. Please clean the switch panel only
with a soft and damp-dry cloth.
By extractor hoods with a pane beneath the
metal grease filter ("Perimeter Extraction")
fatty deposits can occur on the edge of the
pane. These deposits are founded
physically and represent no dysfunction of
the extractor hood. Please clean the pane
beneath the filter regularly to prevent
stubborn soiling.
Exchange and cleaning of the
filter
Fire risk! The performance of the extractor
hood is affected by containing fat remains
and therefore the fire risk increases. To
prevent a fire risk please clean the metal
filter regularly. The metal grease filter must
be cleaned every 2 weeks at last.
In order to remove the metal filter, the
glass panel must be pressed down with
both hands until it locks. Hold the metal
filter with both hands on the grips and
move down until the magnetic contact
releases. Now the metal filter can be

Before that, clean the metal filter parts
where you screw off the filter grips for that.
Now the metal filter can be disassembled
into individual filter plates. The cleaning is
best carried out in the dishwasher with a
mild dishwasher cleaning agent.
The manufacturer offers no guarantee in
the event of possible discoloration through
the use of aggressive cleaning products.
Temperatures above 55 degrees should
also be avoided.
Caution: Please do not use any 3 phase
cleaners or clean the filter in a commercial
dishwasher. Cleaning with aggressive
products such as benzene, acetone,
trichloroethylene, etc. will lead to the
destruction of the filter!
Screw the metal filter together again after
cleaning and insert into the bonnet. After
that, the glass panel must be placed into
its initial location again. To do this, guide
the glass panel upwards with both hands
until the quick locks snap into place.
Caution: Do not wash grease filter together
with silver cutlery in the dishwasher! This
leads to destruction of the grease filter
(galvanic element, not a complaint claim)
