Putting on
Press the switch (n°2 on picture), the machine is on.
Press the switch (n°3 on picture) to turn on ventilation
The electronic thermostat (n°1 on picture) shows the temperature. The A mark
(snowflake) is on: the unit is in warming mode.
Temperature setting
To reduce the temperature, press the 'SET' key, the A mark flashes and the preset
temperature appears. Press the B key until you reach the requested temperature,
then confirm by pressing the 'SET' key.
To increase the temperature, press 'SET' key, the A mark flashes and the present
temperature appeard. Press the C key until you reach the requested temperature,
then confirm by pressing the 'SET' key.
A
For energy saving, the screen moved to standby mode after 15 minutes (see D
mark). To come back on display mode, press any key of the screen.
The E mark (on/off) is used to turn ON or OFF the heating system. You can also use
the food display as a neutral display, without the heating system.
