Functions

You can use the ON / OFF button (1) to choose between the following options:
• Massage function with automatic change of direction every minute, red light and heat
(press the ON / OFF button (1) once)
• Massage function with automatic change of direction every 5 minutes, red light and
heat (press the ON / OFF button (1) twice)
• Massage function with automatic change of direction every minute, without red light
and heat (press the ON / OFF button (1) three times)
• Switch off (press the ON / OFF button (1) four times)

Before Initial Use

CAUTION!
■ Keep children and animals away from the packaging material. There is a danger of
suffocation!
• Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness (see the "Items
Supplied and Device Overview" chapter) and possible transport damage. If you
fi nd any damage to the components, do not use them (!), but contact our customer
service department.
• Remove all possible transport restraints and protective fi lms.

Use

CAUTION!
■ No pressure should be exerted on the device as this will slow down or stop the mas-
sage and the device could be damaged. Do not stand or lie on the device.
■ Do not use the device for longer than 30 minutes without stopping.
■ Do not massage one group of muscles for longer than 15 minutes.
■ For reasons of hygiene, avoid direct contact of the skin with the device wherever pos-
sible. It should not come into contact with skin that has had cream or oil applied to it.
■ A tingling sensation/itching during or after the massage is normal due to the circula-
tion-boosting effect.
We recommend that you wait an hour after mealtimes before using the device.
