Reasons

1. Charger is not receiving

Remedy
Reinsert battery per instruction guide. If symptoms
persist contact your DeVilbiss provider to repair /
replace unit
1. Ensure adequate airflow is available around the
charger
2. Ensure air vent holes are not occluded or
blocked
3. Place charger in a cooler location for 1 hour.
4. If symptoms persist after 1 hour in cooler
location, contact your DeVilbiss provider to repair /
replace unit
1. Remove battery pack from charger and place in
a cool location for 30 minutes.
2. Reinsert the cooled battery
3. If symptoms persist
a. insert a second battery, if one is available. If
second battery resolves issue, replace failed
battery
b. contact your DeVilbiss provider to repair /
replace unit
1. Ensure the charger power cord is fully inserted
into a live wall outlet
2. Check the power connection at the back of the
charger
3. If problem persists after verifying power source,
contact your DeVilbiss provider to repair / replace
unit
