PRELIMINARY PHASES FOR USE
Starting the appliance
Danger to children - Danger of death by suffo-
cation and ingestion
Do not leave the packaging near children because it is potentially dangerous.
1.
Remove all packaging materials and make sure all components are present.
2.
Clean the container, the inserts, the sealing ring and the lid as described in the "Cleaning"
chapter.
Place the base
Danger - risk of death by electric shock
Connect the appliance to an electrical outlet installed in accordance with the standards and
fitted with a protective contact, whose mains voltage is fully compliant with the technical
data of the appliance.
Warning against scalds and burns
Place the appliance on a flat, steady and easily accessible surface. Prevent the appliance
from sliding and that the power cable hangs down from the supporting surface.
Prevent children from grabbing the power cord, in this way tipping over the appliance.
Position the appliance so that children cannot reach the hot parts.
Warning – material damage
Do not place the appliance or power cord close to or on top of hot electric or gas cookers,
or close to a microwave oven.

Place the base on a flat and steady surface.
2.
Plug into the mains socket.
The appliance is ready for use.
Choose the insert and pour milk
To obtain a large amount of froth fit the insert with spiral.
