Filling the reservoir (Fig. 4)
1) Open the side catches.
2) Turn the reservoir through 90° and fill it.
3) Turn the reservoir back into the initial position and lock in
place again.

For optimal cleaning we recommend the use
of EasyClean ( Order Ref. 0508 620)
1. Cleaning the paint spraying unit
The Pump-Runner is only solvent resistant to
a limited extent.
Do not pour any solvent into the reservoir for
cleaning or conservation.
Attention
Comply with the safety instructions in the
Operating Instructions for the paint spraying
unit.
1) Put the intake pipe into a container with water and clean
from outside with a radiator brush.
2) Pump the residual material back into the original packaging
through the spray gun (without nozzle), until water comes
out.
3) Fill the Pump-Runner reservoir with about 1.5 litres of a
suitable cleaning agent up to the marking on the inside.
4) Put the intake pipe into the Pump-Runner reservoir and
close the reservoir.
5) Set the pump on circulation (see Paint spraying unit
instructions) and let it run for a short time.
6) Switch off the pump and leave the Pump-Runner closed
until the next use.
2. Conserving the paint spraying unit for longer
interruptions to work
For a change of material the unit must be
cleaned before starting work.
1) Fill the Pump-Runner reservoir with about 1.5 litres of water
up to the marking on the inside and close it.
