Should other error messages occur, switch balance off and then on again. If the
error message remains inform manufacturer.

• The balance is not switched on.
• The mains supply connection has been interrupted
(mains cable not plugged in/faulty).

• Rechargeable battery/battery inserted incorrectly or
empty.

• The seating surface is in contact with foreign bodies
