Continuous measurement is usually used to reproduce a dimension, such as the
icon of a building. In continuous measurement mode, the device can be moved
forwards and backwards according to the target point and the measurement is
displayed on the screen in real time.
For instance, if you measure the distance from a wall to a specific position, you
must simply activate the continuous measurement mode and move the device
forwards and backwards.
The screen will display the continuous measurements and indicate when the
predefined distance is reached.

1. Continue to press the button (F.Fig.B) to switch to continuous measurement mode.

2. Move the device until the required distance appears at the bottom of the
screen. The auxiliary display area (4-Fig.F) shows the highest and lowest value.
Function menu
Press the D-Fig. B or G-Fig. B button to enter the function menu and select the desired
mode. Press the (F-Fig. B) button to enter the selected menu. Description of the

Addition of measurements: the values of several
measurements will be added together. The result is shown in
the main display area (5-Fig.F).
Subtraction of measurements: the values of several
measurements will be subtracted. The result is shown in the
main display area (5-Fig.F).
Area measurement : measures the surface area of a rectangle.
Calculation based on the length and width measured. The result
is shown in the main display area (5-Fig.F).
Pythagorean simple measure : uses the Pythagorean theorem
by measuring a hypotenuse and right angle respectively shown
on the screen. Note: both measurements must have the same
reference point. The triangle must have a right angle.
Pythagorean double measure : similar to the simple
Pythagorean measurement with 2 hypotenuses and a right
angle. The reference point of the three measurements must be
identical.
