7. EMERgENcy SITUaTIONS.
7.1. Emergency stop
stopping is completed, the display will show "cancelled".
in the case of power supply interruption, the unit will also reduce the pres-
sure in a controlled way (after the power is back), and enable to open the
process chamber safely.
