The crown has three positions:
1. Neutral position
2. Rapid date correction
3. Time-setting position

Starting the watch
Crown in position 1. This position
enables manual winding of the self-
winding movement, meaning winding
by rotating the crown upwards ( ),
about 54 turns. Afterwards, when
worn on the wrist, the watch is auto-
matically rewound. If not worn, it will
stop after about 65 hours.

Setting the time
Pull the crown out to position 3. Turn
the crown upwards ( ) to move the
hands to the date change at midnight.
Then, set your watch to the desired
time by moving the hands forwards.
(Please note: if you set your watch
during the afternoon, you must first
move the hands past noon.) For accu-
rate time-setting, ensure that the last
movement of the hands was in a clock-
wise direction. Push the crown back
to position 1. After this operation,
rotate the crown downwards (
once, to make sure it turns freely.
