CONTROL BOARD FUNCTIONS
Operating mode
The OC-units multi-language electronic control unit controls operation of the
system and management of the controller: filter alarms, flood protection, litre
counter. The parameters can be set or the information list accessed only when in
Standby. For changing the parameters, enter access code 1269
Filter Alarm
The board warns when to change the active carbon filter based on parameters set
regarding time and amount of treated water. Before reaching the parameters, the
board warns with a pre-alarm message.
Block in case of alarm
When an alarm is triggered to change the filter (time alarm or litre alarm), system
blockage can be set, released by means of the alarm reset. This setting will
block op- eration of the pump and the treated water supply to the utility until the
intervention of a maintenance technician.
Motor stop
This function blocks the water supply to the utility if drawn for longer than 15 min-
utes. This block is enabled in default programming.
Anti-flooding alarm
A water detection probe is installed in the unit to monitor leakage. The triggering
of this alarm blocks the hydraulic supply solenoid valve blocking the leakage. Once
the problem is eliminated, this alarm is reset. This setting is enabled in default
program- ming and it is a non-editable parameter with routine programming.
Alarm reset
This function resets the set alarms (time or liters).
Flushing
While the system is operating, when the tap is shut after water has been dispensed,
water is flushed to the drain for approximately 20 seconds. This function washes
the osmotic modules, eliminating excess concentrated salts in the drain. If
the system re- mains in Standby for long periods, the osmotic modules will be
automatically flushed every 8 hours. This setting is enabled in default programming
and it is a non-editable parameter with routine programming.
