– The START and STOP buttons control the output of
the generator. Tap the START button to start the
generator. The status changes to Cranking, and then
to Running. A pop-up message should also appear.
10 Ventilation Alert
• AGS: The Automatic Generator Start (AGS) indicator
shows the status of the auto generator: ON, OFF, or
disabled due to Quiet Time or External Activity. There
is also a CLEAR AGS button; when external activity is
detected, tap this button to override the external
activity demand and turn the AGS on.
External activity is a mechanism used to disable the
AGS if the generator is manually stopped or started.
This is a safety feature implemented so that if you
manually stop the generator, the AGS system does not
attempt to start it up again.
