Using the gas griddle with the included backing tray
Before using the pan the first time, use the following instructions:
•
Sprinkle the pan with salt (unwanted substances like water and dirt will be absorbed by the salt).
•
Poor a layer of oil in the pan and heat the pan till the inside smokes and darkens.
•
Clean the pan with a dry cloth. The pan is now ready to be used.
Note! Keep the pan at all times slightly fat to prevent oxidation.
