Connecting the temperature sensor and
overtemperature cut-out
Place the sensor power cable in suitable conduits.
Note:
The dimensions in the diagram below are taken from
those listed in device testing regulation EN 60335-
53-2. It is essential that the heater sensor is
mounted in the part of the sauna where the highest
temperatures are to be expected. As a rule this is
directly above the heater.

Insert the power cable of the temperature sensor and
the overtemperature cut-out through the pre-drilled
hole (13 mm diameter) in the ceiling and fasten the
sensor case with the two screws size 3.5x20. Then
lay the sensor cable to the controller and connect it
to the terminal TLM1.
Note: The terminals TLM4 and TLM5 are required for
the auxiliary unit HC10D. For an exact description of
these terminals please see the installation and
operating instructions issued for the HC10D
electronic air conditioner / humidity controller.
