07.2 TAKING PICTURES
Move the On/Off switch (8) to position
or to
for the usage of both LED ring light and flash.
We recommend taking pictures in aperture priority mode, so you can defi-
ne the aperture manually and thus select the desired focus range.
If you wish to achieve a higher depth of field, the additional usage of the
•
flash is recommended. This way you can close 1 full aperture step.
Recommended range of use: approx. 3 to 100 cm.
•
07.3 CAMERA SETTINGS
White Balance: Set your camera to auto white balance mode (AWB). If
•
a more accurate setting is required you can do a manual white balance
metering (PRE).
Exposure: For macro and close-up shots we recommend to select the
•
aperture manually in order to keep control of the depth of focus. Adjust
the shutter speed manually (M) or with aperture-priority mode (A).
Focus: We recommend manual focus adjustment for close-up and macro
•
shots.
Note
In order to avoid blurred images, we recommend the use of a tripod.
