Safety and warning notices
The device uses a voltage range that can pose a hazard
for humans and animals. The device must only be ope-
ned and/or disassembled by authorised persons. Similarly,
maintenance and repairs must be performed by a qualified
electrician or an authorised repair shop. The owner/opera-
tor operates the device on their own liability and at their
risk.
Caution!
Handle the device with utmost care. Observe all warning
notices for your own safety and that of others. Before
using this device, we strongly advise you follow all safety
notices and instructions in the operating instructions and
for safe use of this device.
All maintenance work must be carried out by persons
authorised by STORCH.
Modifications to STORCH devices or STORCH
components are not permitted and will render the warran-
ty void.
The device is intended for mobile ventilation of an
enclosed area. The device must be switched on prior to
starting work, must remain on throughout the entire pro-
cedure and continue in operation after having finished
work to minimise gas concentrations.

The device itself is not explosion-proof.
Developing vapours may be ignited by sparks. If possible,
operate the device in a different room and exclusively rou-
te the exhaust hoses in the working area to avoid the risk
of deflagrations /explosions and fires.
Do not (dis)connect the device's mains plug if vapours
could potentially be ignited by developing sparks. Follow
the safety notices and safety instructions by coating
material manufacturers .
ALWAYS make sure fire extinguishing equipment is easily
accessible and maintained correctly.
DO NOT clean the device with a water jet or pressure
cleaner. DO NOT use the device when processing highly
flammable/flammable materials.
DO NOT work in the vicinity of children. DO NOT allow
other persons to operate the device unless they have been
properly instructed in safely handling the device and have
read the operating instructions .
