1. General information

1.1. Introduction
The SATA vision 2000, hereinafter referred to as breathing protection
hood, serves to supply the wearer with clean air for breathing. Various
components can be combined into breathing protection apparatus, as
necessary.
1.2. Target group
This operating manual is intended for
■ Painting and varnishing professionals.
■ Trained personnel for varnishing work in industrial and craftman's work-
shops.

1.3. Accident prevention

As a basic rule, compliance is required with the respective national ac-
cident prevention regulations and correspondingly pertinent stipulations,
guidelines and instructions. For users of breathing protection equipment,
compliance is required with the prescribed medical examinations in terms
of personal suitability together with the necessary intervals and scopes of
corresponding industrial health check-ups.
