The instrument, apart from expendable and wearing parts, is maintenance-free. Depending on the area and
frequency of use, torque meters should be regularly, namely at least once a year, be checked and calibrated. Our
calibration service (e-mail address: service@alluris.de) includes the instrument`s technical check, calibration –
factory calibration – and, if necessary, adjustment of the measurement range.
12.0 Troubleshooting
Display fades out!
Check the remaining voltage. Plug in the adaptor/charger and check the electricity connection.
Values are depicted with inverted prefix!
Change the mode of operation or the prefix; see Chapter 6.4.
No deletion of selected values!
The instrument deletes stored values sequentially; the lastly measured value is deleted first. Selective
deletion is not possible.
Threshold monitoring, data storage and other functions do not work!
Check your instrument`s model. The TMI-100 model is not equipped with the same functions as the TMI-
200 model.
RS-232C communication is disrupted!
Please check the connection cable`s wiring as well as the feed line`s compliance with the PC-card`s
input assignments.
TMI-300; printing is not possible!
