Please proceed as follows to transfer stored data to a USB flash drive:
Stick the USB flash drive into the USB interface on the right side of the instrument`s body while the
instrument is switched on.
Choose one of the modes of operation for the peak-value indication.
Press the Data-Out-button.
The LED is lightening up as long as data is being transferred.
10.2 Printing
With an adaptable printer (order no. TMI-908), you can immediately print stored data. To do so, the RS-232C
interface needs to be set for immediate printing/Direkt-Druck. Please proceed as follows:
Switch the instrument off.
Keep the Reset-button pressed while switching the instrument on.
Press the Reset-button until F06 is shown on the display.
Press the Mode-button to choose between ,PC', and ,Print'.
Select ,Print' and press the Reset-button repeatedly to get back to the main menue.
In order to print measurement results immediately, please connect the instrument via the interface cable (order
no. TMI-909) with the printer.
Go to either the CCW (left-handed) or the CW (right-handed) mode of operation.
Press the Recall-button to recall the stored values that you wish to print.
Press the Data-Out-button to start the printing.
The LED of the Data-Out-button is lightening up during the printing process. It ceases to light when the
printing process is over.
10.3 Date and time setting
To set date and time, please proceed as follows:
Switch off the instrument.
Keep the File-button pressed while switching the instrument on.
The display shows ,YEA' for year now.
Press the Recall-button to alter the ciphers; you get to the next digit by pressing the Mem-button.
After having set the year, press the Reset-button to proceed to the setting of month and day (MMTT).
You get to the time setting by pressing the Reset-button again.
