Air Conditioning Super Seal Pro

Attention: Due to leakages humidity could appear, especially in older systems. We
compulsively recommend changing the filter dryer prior to the application of Super Seal Pro.
1. Pump the whole freezing agent out of the AC system.
2. Cause a vacuum in the system for minimum 5 minutes (vacuum test)
Attention: If you do not reach a vacuum of -0,9bar within 5 minutes or the vacuum
exceeds -0,5bar within 5 minutes, Super Seal Pro is inconvenient.
3. When convenient, cause a vacuum in the AC-System for minimum 30 minutes.
4. Turn the grip (A) to the left until the pin is below the washer.
5. Screw the can (C) carefully on the thread hose (B).
6. Remove the vacuum service hose at the low-pressure side and then insert the hose (D) at
the nozzle of the low-pressure side. Advice: For R12 or R22 air conditionings screw on the
R134a supplementary connecting piece (D).
Please dispose the supplementary connecting piece after usage.
7. Maintain the vacuum for approx. 1 minute in order to aerate the thread hose.
8. Remove the hose (D) from the service coupling.
9. Fill up the AC system.
10. Start the AC system. Pressure test: Before using Super Seal Pro always make sure to
regard high-pressure and low-pressure.
11. Switch off the AC system and reconnect the hose (D) to the system.
12. Turn the grip (A) CW to open the can. (light resistance)
13. Hold the can above the low-pressure coupling; turn the grip (A) ACW to top up the can.
Shaking improves the mixture of coolant and Super Seal Pro.
14. Turn the grip (A) CW to close up the valve.
15. Start the engine and the air conditioning.
16. Reverse the can and open up the valve by revolving the grip (A) ACW until it stops. Keep
the can reversed and shake it occasionally to note when
it is empty.
17. If the can is empty the thread hose D must be
screwed off from the opening of the low-pressure site.
18. Leave the engine running for 20 minutes so that
Super Seal Pro™ can circulate and seal the leaky
spots.
