This particular function serves to mix or mince the contents for a short, nec-
essary time. Intended to prepare milkshakes.
If the blades do not turn, make sure that the container is not too full,
otherwise, unplug the appliance, remove the obstruction and pro-
ceed with chopping again.
TIPS FOR A PROPER USE
• It may be necessary to switch the appliance off several times in order to
remove food residues from container sides. In this case, switch off and
unplug it.
• Remove the lid and remove eventual remains inside the container by
means of an appropriate spatula (not supplied).
Keep the spatula well away from blade element to avoid damaging
the cable.
• Once having reached the required texture, disconnect the plug from the
mains outlet.

• Remove the lid (2) by lifting it upwards. (Fig. D).
• It is recommended to cut solid food in cubes of 2-3 cm before mixing.
• It is therefore recommended to put liquid food fi rst, then solid one. The
presence of liquid food facilitates and speeds up processing.
This blender may be used for blending cold and hot food. Hot food
temperature must be below 50°C. Do not use frozen or hard food.
