WARNING:
When servicing, use only identical replacement parts.
Use of any other parts could create a hazard or cause
product damage.
WARNING:
Always wear eye protection with side shields marked to
comply with ANSI Z87.1. Failure to do so could result in
objects being thrown into your eyes, resulting in possible
serious injury.
WARNING:
Before inspecting, cleaning or servicing the machine, shut
off engine, wait for all moving parts to stop, disconnect
unit from power supply, and pull trigger to release water
pressure. Failure to follow these instructions can result
in serious personal injury or property damage.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of
commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use
clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
WARNING:
Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-
based products, penetrating oils, etc., come in contact
with plastic parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or
destroy plastic which could result in serious personal
injury.
Only the parts shown on the parts list are intended to be
repaired or replaced by the customer. All other parts should
be replaced at an authorized service center.
NOZZLE MAINTENANCE
See Figure 17.
Excessive pump pressure (a pulsing sensation felt while
squeezing the trigger) may be the result of a clogged or
dirty nozzle.
 Unplug the pressure washer.
 Turn off the pressure washer and shut off the water
supply. Pull trigger to release water pressure.
 Remove the nozzle from the spray wand.
NOTE: Never point the spray wand at your face.
 Using a nozzle cleaning tool or straightened paper clip,
free any foreign materials clogging or restricting the
nozzle.

MAINTENANCE

 Using a garden hose, flush debris out of nozzle by back
flushing (running the water through the nozzle backwards
or from the outside to the inside).
 Reconnect the nozzle to the spray wand.
 Turn on the water supply.
G-CLEAN DETERGENT INjECTOR
MAINTENANCE
See Figure 18.
 While in soap position, run clean water water through the
G-Clean injector to clean any detergent residue.
 Rotate and remove the head of the G-Clean injector as
shown to remove. Pull out the mesh screen and rinse
under warm water to clean.
 Allow all parts to dry completely, then reassemble before
storing.
STORING THE PRESSURE WASHER
See Figure 19.
 Empty water from all hoses, the pump, and the detergent
injector before storing.
 Disassemble the spray wand and place in the grooves
on the wand storage bracket.
 Coil the power supply cord around the storage area lo-
cated at the bottom of the pressure washer.
 Coil the high pressure hose and place on the hose hanger.
Do not allow the hose to become kinked.
It is important to store this product in a frost-free area. Store
in a dry, covered area where the weather can't damage it. Do
not store near furnace or other sources of heat that could
dry out the pump seals.
NOTE: Use of a pump saver will give you better performance
and increase the life of the machine.
NOTICE:
The use of a pump protector is strongly recommended
after each use and before storing to prevent cold weather
and seal damage during storage.
PUMP LUBRICATION
The pump on this unit is lubricated with a sufficient amount
of high grade lubricant for the life of the unit under normal
operating conditions. Therefore, no further lubrication is
required.
POWER SUPPLY CORD REPLACEMENT
If replacement of the power supply cord is necessary, this
must be done by an authorized service center in order to
avoid a safety hazard.
