Congratulations on your purchase of the prismatic BINO Comfort prismatic half moon glasses from Eschenbach. The
glasses have been calculated for the best optical and anatomical use situation. Special emphasis was placed on good
wearing comfort.
Intended use
This product is designed exclusively for providing enlarged images of text, pictures, or other object details.
Important safety instructions, please read them attentively!
X Risk of fire! Lenses in optical devices can cause significant damage through the "burning-glass
effect" if handled or stored improperly. Take care to never to leave optical lenses lying in direct
sunlight.
X Risks of glare and injury! Never look directly into the sun or other bright light sources when using
optical devices.
X Also inform other people and children especially of this safety measure!
X Protect your prismatic half moon glasses against impacts or shocks and excess heat.
Never place your prismatic half moon glasses on radiators or in direct sunlight.
X These prismatic half moon glasses are suitable only for reading and may not be used in road traffic.
X The product is a Class I medical device (non-sterile, without measuring function) and complies with
Regulation (EU) 2017/745. For use of the product outside the EU member states, the respective
country-specific directives must be observed.

Utilisation

1. Use appropriate lighting, one which allows you to evenly illuminate your reading material and does not cause
reflections.
2. Put your prismatic half moon glasses on.
3. To find the correct reading distance, hold the reading material close to your glasses.
4. Slowly move the reading material away from the glasses until the print is seen as a sharp image. This is the correct
reading distance.
• The print appears blurred when the reading distance is too large or too small.
