GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS.-
Carefully read through the instructions contained in this
manual. It provides you with important informa- tion
about assembly, safety and use of the machine.

This unit has been designed for professional use.The
user weight does not have to exceed 150kg.

Keep your hands well away from any of the moving
parts.

Parents and/or those responsible for children should
always take their curious nature into account and how
this can often lead to hazardous situations and be-
haviour resulting in accidents. This unit does not have
to be used in any case like toy.

The owner is responsible for ensuring that anyone
who uses the machine is duly informed about the
necessary precautions.

Your unit can only be used by one person at a time.

Use suitable clothing and footwear. tie up your
shoelace correctly
1.-
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take out all of the assembly pieces and remove the
packing. Check that all of the assembly pieces are
present, Fig.1.
ATTENTION: The assistance of a second person is
recommended when assembling this machine.

FITTING THE CENTRAL SUPPORTING
TUBE.-
ATTENTION: The assistance of a second person is
required for this stage of the assembly.
Remove preassembled screws (160) from main frame
(1) and central post (154). Assembly central post (154)
onto main frame (1) as shown in Fig.3. Use previously
removed screws (160) to join them and hand tighten.

FITTING THE SIDE TUBE COVERS.-
Fix cover (179) to the cover (180) with screw (161) as
shown in Fig. 4.
Next, fit both covers (178) onto right side tube (129).
Fix cover (180) to the right side tube (129) with screws
(160) and (161).
Fix cover (181) with screw (161).
Perform the same assembly with the right side tube
(128).

FITTING THE RIGHT SIDE TUBE.-
Remove preassembled screw (28) from main body (1).
Insert the side tube (128) in the direction of the arrow
as shown in Fig. 5, and fit screw (28) into its place
again.
Place the iron bracket (155) and hand tighten screws
(163) with washers (164).

FITTING THE LEFT SIDE TUBE.-
Raise the main body (1) and remove the polyfoams as
shown in Fig. 6.
Remove the screw (28) from main body (1). Insert left
side tube (128) and tighten with screws (28) and (163)
and washers (164).
Align and tighten securely all the screws from previous
steps.
6.- FITTING THE FOOT REST FOCUS BARS.-
Move the top part of the right foot rest focus bar (110)
in the direction of the arrow, Fig.7, to the arm on the
main body (1), and insert it into the arm (1).
Fit the bolt (167), along with the washer (167) and nut
(168), and tighen securely.
Now move the foot rest section (110) in the direction of
the arrow, Fig.7, to the controller arm on the main body
(1) and insert it into the arm.
Fit the bolt (169), along with the washer (167) and the
nut (168), and tighen securely.
Perform the same as done with the right footrest focus
bar assembly (110) to assemble the left footrest focus
bar (109).
