CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

To clean both the
internal parts and
the coatings of the
oven use a damp
cloth. Do not use
abrasive or corrosive
products.
Never wash the oven
with running water
or submerge it in
liquids.
• Do not use abrasive detergents or sharp tools to clean the oven cause scratches could
weaken or damage it.
• Let all the parts and surfaces perfectly dry before connecting the oven to the power
and using it.
• Clean the oven after every use to avoid fumes or bad smells formation.
• The grill, the pan and the tong cleaning can be performed with hot water (65° C) and
normal dishes detergents.
