• To set a time lower than 5 minutes turn the timer knob (7) beyond 6 minutes and then
turn it back to set the desired time.
• The cooking cycle time ending is highlighted by an acoustic signal; the knob (7) goes
back on "OFF-0".
• To stop the cooking turn the timer knob (7) on "OFF-0" manually; the acoustic signal
indicates that the resistors turned off and the indicator light (8) turns off.
Both during the cooking and when it is complete, to extract the
grid (15) or the pan (14) from the oven use the supplied special
tong (16) or pot holders.
Roaster function
- Not to cook a chicken bigger than 2÷2,5 kg
max is advised.
- Chicken must be bound to avoid that the
thighs or the wings "open" causing problems
during its rotation.
- Choose the function
- To obtain an optimal result to preheat the oven
for 15 minutes at 230°C is advised.
To use the roaster (21) it's necessary to:
• Loosen the two knobs (21a) and remove the
two forks (21b) from the shaft (21c).
• Insert the food on the shaft (21c), centre it
and block it using the forks (21b).
• Screw the knobs (21a).
