Convection oven use
To familiarise with the appliance
- Temperature selection knob (5): to choose the desired temperature from 100°C
to 230°C for cooking or roasting.
- Heating elements selection knob (6): the appliance allows to choose between
six position to meet the different cooking needs.
Oven turned off
Lower and upper resistor + fan turned on
Upper resistor + fan turned on
Lower and upper resistor turned on
Upper resistor + roaster turned on
Lower and upper resistor + fan + roaster turned on
- Timer knob (7): if you turn the knob clockwise the oven (or the plates) turns on
according to the function selected with the knob (6), the indicator light (8) turns on.
When the set time (max 60 minutes) ends, the indicator light (8) turns off together
with the oven (or with the plates) and the sound of a bell warns that cooking is over.
- Internal light: when the oven is turned on (indicator "8" turned on) the oven
compartment internal light turns on.
- Dripping pan (pan) (14) and grill (15): to be used to cook meat, potatoes, poultry,
fish and to toast bread. When using the grill (15), place the pan (14) in the lowest
compartment of the oven chamber to collect cooking liquids.
