– Clean suction nozzle (A5/G4), suction
duct (A4/G3) and battery cover (G8) with
a moist cloth
– Empty refuse bag frequently or shake it
out thoroughly. It is best to beat it and
brush it off outside while it is still inflated. A
clogged refuse bag reduces the suction
power considerably.
– The molleton refuse bag should never be
washed but the nylon wet refuse bag can
washed at up to 30° C.
5. Operating defects
Model with gasoline engine
– Safety contact plug (D) of refuse bag not
inserted?
– Safety end switch (E1) at the suction
nozzle not closed?
Model with traction
– Parking brake on?
Models with gasoline or electric motor
No suction power:
– Suction nozzle or hose clogged?
– Turbine clogged or blocked?
– Turbine housing damaged?
– Refuse bag full or dusty?
– Rubber nozzle skirt worn?

Model with electric motor
Electric motor does not run or only slowly:
– Battery discharged?
– Fuse (60A) defective?
– Battery terminals oxidized?
– Motor brushes worn?
– Poor suction power?
– Battery insufficiently charged?
6. Service/repair
Wetrok machines are tested for safety in the
works. For safe, reliable operation and main-
tenance of value, servicing must be perfor-
med every year or every 200 operating
hours. The service shall only be carried out
by the Wetrok Service Department or an
authorized specialist. Wetrok offers a service
contract.
For motor repairs, contact a licensed Kohler
dealer directly or the Wetrok Service Depart-
ment.
7. Storage, transport
If the machine is no longer being used, it
should be stored in a dry state and under
normal room conditions. During transport
over long distances, the machine must be
suitably secured and packed..
8. Technical improvements
We reserve the right to make technical
improvements. For this reason, the machine
may differ in details from the data in the Ope-
rating Instructions.
9. Disposal
Packaging must be disposed of in accordan-
ce with national regulations. Vacuumed up
dirt must be disposed of in accordance with
national regulations.
Return old batteries to the manufacturer for
proper disposal. Charging shall be perfor-
med only in charging rooms complying with
VDE 051011.77.§ 9. Caution: wet-cell batte-
ries contain acid. Do not tilt or open by force.
Danger of caustic burns! Dispose of mainte-
nance-free batteries after service life accor-
ding to regulations.
The machine must be disposed of after
decommissioning in accordance with natio-
nal regulations.
